The people of Rome await...	the history of Rome	ABC's Peter Jennings filming the beginning of the story...	which involves King Amulius and Rhea Silvia	and a pair of twins.


Romulus and Remus fight to decide the first king of Rome.	The Romans fight a lot,	especially the Carthaginians,	but they also win a lot.	Consul Cato takes advice from the soothsayer.


Caesar doesn't and Brutus and Cassius plot his death.	The Emperors arrive and fiddle while Rome burns.	Perhaps Nero should have listed to his soothsayer.	Eventually the Barbarians attack...	and the Roman Empire falls.
